01
Translating the physical experience to digital
Every physical location is unique. The company partners with different artists to design each one. To create Liquor Lab's e-commerce site, we distilled the company down to its core elements, then created a digital design system to match the overall brand. Layouts and typography were inspired by the drinks and ingredients, while subtle motion mirrored the energy of an in-location experience.

02
Education-first content
Visiting a Liquor Lab location means an open conversation with a world-class bartender. The digital content strategy carried that high-touch service online: how-to videos explained techniques, detailed pages covered drinks and ingredients, bundles simplified shopping, and a cocktail assistant surfaced recipes from what a customer already had at home.

03
Loyalty
The experience encouraged customers to log in for better recommendations, faster checkout, and loyalty access. Customers could earn points by submitting drink photos, watching instruction videos, and completing trivia, then redeem those points for rewards ranging from branded goods to group trips.
